Lincoln Scott is a facilitator of local writing workshops in
creative writing practice and is a certified facilitator in Holotropic
Breathwork, a method of deep inner exploration using breath and music. He has
lead several workshops using breathwork practice and other integrative,
personal inner journey techniques. He has organized and leads a weekly writing
practice group. He is currently board president of Great Plains Earth Institute
and has co-taught Earth Literacy classes at local churches. Lincoln continues
his training as a workshop leader in shamanic practices integrating drumming,
dream work, breathwork and journeying.

Rita Schwarz, ASC was born on a farm 4 1/2 miles northeast of the small settlement of Angelus, KS. The wide open spaces of northwest Kansas has given her a broad view - an expansiveness of life. As a teenager she answered the call to religious life. After teaching in elementary schools for 18 years she moved into religious education and parish ministry in Kansas and New Mexico. She has served the Sister Adorers as Director of Associates, Provincial Councilor, and Coordinator of Community Life at their Wichita Center. She holds an MA in Elementary Counseling and an MA in Religious Education. Her love of Earth and her love of God complement each other.

Terence Herl
Terence Herl grew up on a farm in Western Kansas where, with his father, he raised cattle and grew wheat using conventional farming methods. About seven years ago, Terence re-discovered his passion for farming, and he began researching sustainable agriculture. Terence currently operates an organic farm and distributes the produce through Community Supported Agriculture.He is in the process of designing a hoop house that will allow him to produce locally-grown vegetables during the fall and early spring.

Rita Robl
Rita is the co-founder of the Great Plains Earth Institute and serves as Coordinator of Resources. She received her MA Ed from Notre Dame University and has worked in the elementary school system as a teacher/principal and in a spirituality center as spiritual director. Today, in addition to the regular work at the office, Rita continues her Spiritual Direction practice Monday through Thursday.
